CLASSES

Evolve Fitness classes are suitable for every level, and each class is capped at 25 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need.

Classes vary in intensity and specialise in different energy systems so that each class compliments the next, turning the entire week into a progressive training program.

 

FUNCTIONAL CIRCUIT - 30min

A fun and fast paced circuit workout which combines movements that will assist you with day-to-day living. A combination of primal, plyometric, strength and cardio based movements to help you feel fitter, faster and full of energy.

Monday + Thursday

Morning (3 classes) 5:30am - 6:00am + 6:00am - 6:30am + 6:30am - 7:00am

Lunchtime (2 classes) 12:00noon - 12:30pm + 12:30pm - 1:00pm

Evening (3 classes) 5:00pm - 5:30pm + 5:30 - 6:00pm + 6:00pm - 6:30pm

CARDIO CIRCUIT - 30min

Using anaerobic fibres to take advantage of the highly desired EPOC (excess post-exercise oxygen consumption) effect. You will not only burn calories during the workout, but ALSO hours afterwards! #winning

Wednesday

Morning (3 classes) 5:30am - 6:00am + 6:00am - 6:30am + 6:30am - 7:00am

Lunchtime (2 classes) 12:00noon - 12:30pm + 12:30pm - 1:00pm

Trigger point roll & release - 60min

(Myofascial release)

Saturday 8:00am - 9:00am

Throughout the week we can accumulate tension. Learning to use a trigger point ball is essential for releasing that tension so that we can work on range of motion.

RESISTANCE CIRCUIT - 30min

Resistance movements are used in this circuit to build strength, muscularity and promote the production of lean muscle mass.

METAFIT - 30min

A high-intensity workout including a series of body-weight exercises with interval style training, designed to keep your body burning calories long after your training session is complete.

Saturday

Morning (2 classes) 7:00am - 7:30am + 7:30am - 8:00am

Weights instruction

Saturday 9:00am - 10:00am

Informative instruction into how to use the weights room, what is the difference between hypotrophy and strength and how to periodise training.
